Hi sabre enthusiasts,
There seems to be some confusion about wether the "new rules" have been passed, not passed, delayed or what ever they may be.
It would be good to get the situation clarified before it can get out of hand.
Could someone please state the facts (quote meeting minutes etc) about what was decided at the agm?
The usual arrangement for an association is to identify a need for change, collect submission and suggestions (usually via a delegation), create a proposal, put it up for discussion, make changes where necessary then put a motion forward for a final vote by all (eligible people) to accept it or not. I have seen all was done correctly except the final part.(Just saying i haven't seen the final part. I am not saying it wasn't done.)
I would like to point out that I am not trying to denounce the new rules here. I am only trying to obtain clarification and point out potential problems and issues.
