Hello,

Being new to off the beach sailing for a few months now, I have found the sport to be considerably more demanding both physically and mentally than expected. As an interest of mine I began researching nutrition and more importantly hydration. From some experience in other endurance sports I've had, These play a vital role in both performance and safety. Any further suggestions/comment would probably be appreciated by the wider sabre community also. I hope you find the information helpful.
