One of those jobs that I really hate doing – applying fibreglass to cracks in the trailing edge of a centreboard. Invariably it takes 3 or 4 batches of resin with sanding in between to get close to a smooth finish. I use duct tape to create a form of mould – but it usually goes soggy before the glass has cured. I need to be really bored before embarking on this task….

    Is there a quick way – ?

I use either plastibond or even aruldite. Overfill and then just sand back and polish.
