Hello to all those budding boat restorers in Sabre land …

Have you ever used zirconian sanding disks?
I had been using paint stripper and then a conventional heavy duty sanding disk until I recently discovered the zirconian sanding disks that can be attached to an angle grinder.

I can say that the results are astounding – like you get in a real big mess with the dust, but the physical effort is much much less than any other method, plus the rate of progress is good.

Buying a zirconian disk for my angle grinder has been the BEST $19 I ever spent.
