YMS mould in WA

I have recently aquired a YMS mould built by Brett Young.

The mould will be available in about a month. It is likely I will be producing a boat for myself straight away.
I will hire the mould to anyone (amateur or proffesional) in WA (solely at my discretion) I believe can successfully build a boat from the mould. The hire fee will be around $1000 (TBA) per boat complete with templates and instructions. Some conditions will be placed on construction. These will be mostly legal stuff to protect my investment against loss, damage etc.
I believe it will cost something like $2500 for materials at retail pricing. So it will be about half the price of purchasing a new boat professionally built.
I am not planning to build boats for other people. I believe demand will be high enough in WA for it to stay in WA.
